Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following terms.

When refunds are available

Refunds are only possible before the email with access to the materials is sent to the user. Once you have received the access link or unlocked the content in your account, the purchase is considered fulfilled and refunds are no longer available.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem — for example, if the video does not open, the download link does not work, or your access is incorrect — please contact our support immediately at belokryly@gmail.com.

We guarantee to either provide a correct working access link or issue a full refund, at our discretion based on the situation.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email belokryly@gmail.com with your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
